EDITORIAL SERVICES

For more than three decades, I have worked as a professional editor in myriad industries including arts, education, finance, journalism, and publishing. When I start a project with a writer, I initially establish the level of editing necessary and offer an estimate. This is based on a three- to four-page writing sample, at 250 words per page, double-spaced. I edit in Word with Track Changes. Whether a manuscript requires line editing or an in-depth structural edit is determined before I begin to edit. We will collaborate until an author has a clean manuscript.
